Michel has close to 30 years of experience in IT operation management and software development projects. Most recently he’s been active at looking at various investment and start-up opportunities in the data center and IT cloud services business. Prior to that he was vice-president of client solutions at Fusepoint Managed Services after having successfully sold, in 2004, the company he founded back in 1990, Versus Informatique. At Versus, a web application developer and managed hosting services company, he grew the business to attract high profile clients such as Transat, Domtar, Simons and CAA-Quebec, among others. Just before that he successfully managed the trading rooms (bonds, currencies, options) in France 3rd largest bank in the Eurozone, Société Générale in Paris, for 2 years, were he was director of IT operations. Before leaving for France, he was responsible for the graphics product line at Eicon Technology, then a start-up.

Michel now offers businesses a unique expertise that combine business strategy with IT.
He graduated in pure physics from McGill University in 1983.

Eric has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication industry including 6 years of experience with Hydro-Quebec`s electrical and telecommunications networks. He managed multiple power projects with Quebec`s public and private utilities. Eric also supervised and lead major infrastructure projects in remote areas (Nunavik). He is constantly seeking for challenge and innovation through its achievements. Since 2008, he conducted multiple engineering studies to convert Quebec`s post-industrial sites into highly efficient data centers using state of the art technologies.

Eric graduated with honours in Computer Engineering from Concordia University in 2004.
